Share Stiki assists companies and institutions implementing quality management systems based on ISO 9001:2008 ISO 9000 is a family of standards for quality management systems. ISO 9000 is maintained by ISO, the International Organization for Standardization and is administered by accreditation and certification bodies. Quality management systems refer to all the processes carried out in order to meet the quality demands of the clients along with the management organisation of the company. To ensure that the requirements of a client are met, an independent third party conducts audits to ensure that the quality management system is effective and works. When that has been ensured by the inspector, the company gets a “certificate“ and a confirmation document. Not all companies see advantages in certification, but choose nevertheless to arrange their quality management system in accordance with the ISO-standards and work according to it.
