The Risk Management Studio software, or RM Studio, is intended for companies, institutions and local government bodies that want to guarantee security in information processing. The program is based on the methodology of the ISO/IEC 27002:2005 and ISO/IEC 27001:2005 security standards.

The software is built up on several different system modules. The largest module is the risk assessment module which leads the user through the risk assessment process in an organized manner. RM Studio also contains an asset management module for recording information assets.

The information security standard ISO/IEC 27002 is built into the software. Stiki has made a contract with Icelandic Standards about use of the standard both in Icelandic and English in the software and pays commission to Icelandic Standards for distribution in the Icelandic market.

RM Studio is a Microsoft-compatible software and developed in Microsoft Visual Studio. Software development is done in accordance with procedures from Microsoft Solution Framework. It is certified by the British Standards Institution in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 and ISO/IEC 27001

RM Studio’s predecessor is Stiki OutGuard.
